These popular tea gatherings are typically held in the tearoom inside the University Library, CSU Sacramento. The tearoom was named Karakuan 嘉楽庵 by Zabosai Oiemoto, sixteenth generation master of Urasenke Konnichian. Gatherings are open to University students and faculty as well as those who are interested in the Way of Tea.
